摘    要:通过对工业锅炉节能改造所采取的措施及效果的分析,从提高能源利用率的角度提出节能改造应立足整个供热系统的观点。根据供热系统特点,建立能量平衡模型,分别给出一般供热系统和冷凝水回收利用供热系统能源利用率的计算公式,并结合实际情况,对3种单独节能改造(工业锅炉改造、用热设备改造、冷凝水回收利用)和实施综合节能改造对整个供热系统能源利用率的影响分别进行了案例分析,结果表明综合改造的节能效果远高于单独改造工业锅炉的节能效果。最后,对以锅炉为热源供热系统的节能改造提出了一些建议。

Abstract:To improve the energy utilization ratio of heating system ,just transforming industrial boiler is not enough. Establish energy balance model based on the characteristics of the heating system. Set up formulae for calculating conventional heating system and condensate recycling heating system. Transform the industrial boiler, energy consumption devices and condensate recycling system respectively, then compare the effect of separate transformations with that of comprehensive transformation. The results show that the latter gets far better effect. At last, provide a series of suggestions for heating system transform.
