| 摘 要： | 通过对房屋建设项目施工阶段环境污染问题的归纳和分析,阐述了环境保护的重要性,对我国现行节能减排和环境保护监管的现状进行了分析,提出了将环境监理的概念引入房屋建设项目施工过程的构想,拟通过监理行业这一社会监督力量督促施工过程中的节能减排和环境保护工作。

| Abstract: | Through summing up and analyzing the environmental pollution in construction stage of housing project,this paper expounds the importance of environmental protection,analyzes the present situation of implementing currently the energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental supervision in China,and puts forward the idea of introducing the environmental supervision into the construction of housing project for the purpose of supervising and urging the energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental supervision in the construction through the supervision business,a social supervision force. |
