| 摘 要： | 介绍了开放式运动控制器PMAC的结构及原理。阐述了PMAC的时基触发控制功能以及PID调节，并将此控制器作为实验磨床的数控系统。通过实验，研究分析了基于PMAC的高速精密磨削数控加工，为实现PMAC在高速精密加工中的应用打下基础。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the structure and principle of PMAC open movement controller was introduced. PID and time base controlled function were described,using this controller as the experimental grinder's number control system.Through the trial analysis,we studied high precise NC manufacture on PMAC,this paper provided the foundation for application of PMAC on high precise manufacture. |
