水泥路面沥青加铺层设计的改进弯沉分析法

摘    要:采用有限元分析改进水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青厚度设计的弯沉法,考虑多指标因素的影响,建立有限元分析模型及其基本假定,通过分析旧水泥混凝土板和补强层的模量、厚度与弯沉差之间的关系得出:旧板与加铺层材料的模量与厚度越大,旧板弯沉越小,不同的材料性能存在不同的最佳补强厚度范围,在底板厚20 cm,模量为30000 MPa条件下,最佳补强厚度为12~20 cm,各向应力均在1.2 MPa以下,在合理厚度范围内不会造成资源浪费。

Abstract:The study considered the impact of multi-index factors and used the finite element anal-ysis the improved deflection method design pavement thickness.The relationship between the old cement concrete slab and the reinforcing layer modulus,thickness and deflection difference showed that greater the modulus and thickness of old board and overlay material is the smaller the deflection of the old board will be.Different type of material properties has different reinforcement thickness range.The best rein-forcement having a thickness of 12 ~20 cm in the bottom plate thickness of 20 cm under 30 000 MPa modulus conditions,the stress of each direction under 1 .2 MPa.It will not waste resources when at a reasonable thickness range.
