| 摘 要： | 目的分析水痘疫情流行特征,并探讨有效预防与控制措施。方法对2007年1月-2010年2月门诊接诊的水痘患者疫情资料采用Excel软件进行回顾性调查,并对其发病时间、人群分布进行分析。结果 2007年1月-2010年2月共接诊水痘患者307例,以15～24岁年龄段居多,占病例总数47.88%,病例呈逐年上升趋势;进入2010年以来仍保持在较高水平。结论近年门诊接诊水痘患者逐年增长,并且年龄逐渐趋向成人化,应采取相应措施积极预防控制水痘疫情。
