激素在流行性腮腺炎中的应用

目的:探讨激素在流行性腮腺炎中的治疗作用。方法:将我院儿科2002年2月至2005年2月123例临床诊断为流行性腮腺炎的患儿随机分为治疗组、对照组,对照组62例,给予抗病毒等常规治疗;治疗组61例,在对照组基础上加用激素治疗,比较两组临床症状消失时间以及并发症的发生率,从而评价激素在流行性腮腺炎中的治疗作用。结果:对照组体温正常时间为(5.76±0.42)d,腮腺、颌下腺消退时间为(6.58±0.26)d,并发脑炎15例(发生率24%),胰腺炎10例(发生率16%),睾丸炎9例(发生率14%),多脏器受损7例(发生率11%),平均病程(11.15±0.36)d;治疗组体温正常时间为(4.09±0.33)d,腮腺、颌下腺消退时间为(5.16±0.22)d,并发脑炎6例(发生率9%),胰腺炎3例(发生率4%),睾丸炎2例(发生率3%),多脏器受损1例(发生率1%),平均病程(8.26±0.64)d,与对照组相比,治疗组临床症状消失时间及病程明显缩短(P<0.01),并发症发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:激素在流行性腮腺炎治疗中起促进作用,可明显缩短疾病病程,减轻临床症状,减少并发症的发生。

The Effect of Glucocorticosteroid on Epidemic Parotitis

Objective: To investigate the effect of glucocorticosteroid on epidemic parotitis.Methods:One hundred and twenty three children with epidemic parotitis were divided into 2 groups at random,62 cases of which(the control group) were treated with ribavirin and other 61(the treated group) were treated with ribavirin and glucocorticosteroid.And then all patients were observe for the time when the cardinal symptom disappeared and the morbidity of complication.Results: When the cardinal symptom disappeared,the time of the treated group was far shorter than that of the control group with a significant difference(P<0.01);the morbidity of complication on the treated group was lower than that on the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Glucocorticosteroid could make the course of disease short and decrease the morbidity of complication in epidemic parotitis.
