| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性心肌梗塞病人的最佳通便方法,保证急性心肌梗塞溶栓后的治疗效果,提高治愈率.方法将45例经过急性心肌梗塞溶栓治疗患者随机分为自然排便组、开塞露肛注排便组和肥皂水低压灌肠组,比较3组的通便效果.结果肥皂水低压灌肠组效果优于其他2组,差异有显著意义(p＜0.01).结论肥皂水低压灌肠对3天内无大便或以开塞露肛注后仍不能排便者是很有必要且较为理想的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the best option of defecate on cases with acute heart infarction and guarantee the effect of thrombolysis after acute heart infarction.Method:45 cases with acute heart infarction followed by thrombolysis were divided into spontaneous defecation group,defecate with glycerin and defecate with soap water,the efficacy of each group were compared.Result:the catharsis effect of soap water is superior over the other two alternatives,the difference is significant(p<0.01).Conclusion:Defecate with soap water is a necessary and idea option for those with constipation for 3 days or constipation after using of glycerin. |
