| 摘 要： | 目的 总结前列腺疾病组织形态特征,免疫表型,提高对该病的诊断和鉴别诊断水平.方法 复习125例前列腺疾病的HE切片,部分行免疫组化染色.结果 良性病变105例,恶性肿瘤20例.结论 前列腺疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断依赖于病理形态学和免疫组化技术.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the pathoiogic features and immunophenotype of prostatic diseases and to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis level of this kind of diseases. Mothods 125cases of prostatic diseases were reliewed by H-E staining and immunohistochemistry, Reasults The benign diseases were diagnosed in 105 cases, The malignant neoplasms were diagnosed in 20 cases. Condusions The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of prostatic disease depends on pathology as well as immunohistochemical. |
