聚氨酯丙烯酸酯齐聚物的合成及其反应动力学

摘    要:以异佛尔酮二异氟酸酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯和聚乙二醇为原料。采用本体法两步合成聚氨酯丙烯酸酯齐聚物,经光热引发交联成型后可用作聚氨酯弹性体。通过温度、原料、催化剂类型及其用量对反应速率常数影响的实验,研究结果表明;齐聚物的合成是二级反应;温度对反应速率常数影响大;不同反应物的反应速率常数明是不同。由于催化机理的不同。有机锡和叔胺催化剂造成反应速率常数差异较大.并且发现使用三乙胺催化时,催化剂用量对反应速率常数影响明显。

Abstract:The polyurethane-acrylate oligomer was prepared using isophorone diisocyanate, hydroxypropyl acrylate and polyethylene glycol as raw materials through two steps bulk reaction method. The oligomer could be used as polyurethane elastomer after crosslinking by photo or heat. The effects of reaction temperature, different raw materials, different catalysts and their amount on the reaction rate constant were studied, The experimental results showed that the reaction followed second-order kinetics, The effect of reaction temperature on the reaction rate constant was largely. Various raw materials had the quite different reaction rate constants. A contrast between organo-tin compounds and tertiary amine catalysts showed a great difference of the reaction rate constant for their catalysis mechanism. It was also found that the reaction rate constant increased with the amount of triethyl amine as catalyst.
