液体弹性模量对减摆器阻尼特性影响的研究

摘    要:简述了活塞式液压减摆器的工作原理,建立了考虑油液弹性模量的减摆器油液流量方程。在AMESim环境下,进行减摆器产品阻尼特性仿真分析,分析了油液弹性模量对于液压减摆器产品阻尼特性的具体影响。仿真结果与实际减摆器产品试验测试结果相吻合,表明油液弹性模量是影响减摆器产品阻尼特性的关键因素。为提高液压减摆器在相同工况下的阻尼力矩,实现更好的阻尼效果,在充填过程中须确保排净减摆器产品容腔内的气体。

Abstract:This paper introduces the operational principle of hydraulic dampers and builds the mathematical flow equation which related to the elasticity modulus of the oil.The damping characteristic of the product is simulated by using the AMEsim and this paper analyzes the influence of the elasticity modulus on damping characteristics.The simulate result make up with the experimental results,which show that the elasticity modulus is a key factor affecting the damping characteristic.In order to improve the damping moment of the hydraulic damper under the same working conditions and achieve better damping effect,it is necessary to ensure that the gas in the damper是should be removed during the oil filling process.
