品管圈在降低自动摆药机摆药差错率的应用研究

目的：探讨品管圈质量管理工具在降低自动摆药机摆药差错率中的作用研究。方法：成立品管圈,确定"降低中心摆药室自动摆药机摆药差错率"为主题,利用鱼骨图、80/20法则分析导致自动摆药机摆药差错的原因,拟定对策,进行对策实施与检讨,比较运用品管圈前后自动摆药机摆药差错的发生率。结果：自动摆药机摆药差错率从改善前的0.654%降至0.271%,低于目标值0.345%,改善前后对比差异具有显著性（P<0.05）,目标达标率为123.95%,进步率为58.56%。结论：开展品管圈活动能够有效的降低自动摆药机摆药差错,同时临床药师从合理用药角度出发降低了不合理用药的发生率,提高患者的满意度。

Application research of quality control circle in reducing the rate of dispensing error of automatic dispenser

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of quality management tools of quality control circle on reducing the error rate of automatic dispenser. METHODS Quality control circle was established, and the theme was determined as "reduce the error rate of automatic dispenser in central dispensing room". Fishbone diagram and 80/20 rule were adopted to analyze the causes of error while drawing up and implementing countermeasures. The incidence of error of automatic dispenser before and after establishment of QC circle were compared. RESULTS The error rate of automatic dispenser decreased from 0.654% to 0.271%, which was lower than the target value of 0.345%. A significant difference was observed between before and after improvement (P<0.05). The target rate is 123.95%, and the improvement rate is 58.56%. CONCLUSION Quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the dispensing errors of automatic dispensers. While clinical pharmacists can reduce the incidence of irrational drug use and improve patients' satisfaction from the perspective of rational drug use.
