踏板感觉可控的汽车制动踏板模拟器研究

摘    要:制动踏板模拟器为驾驶员提供踏板感觉反馈信息,是电控制动系统的重要部件。提出了一种基于电磁阀控制实现的踏板感觉可控的汽车制动踏板模拟器,分析了电控制动系统中踏板模拟器工作原理,建立了汽车制动踏板模拟器的电液耦合动力学模型,提出了单神经元自适应PID调节的电磁阀控制策略,并通过实例仿真分析了踏板特性的影响参数。结果表明该策略可在制动踏板行程内控制踏板力相对误差不超过5%。
Abstract:
Brake Pedal Emulator plays an important role for an Electrical Brake System.A new Brake Pedal Emulator was proposed which could provide the driver controllable pedal feeling by varying solenoid current.From its working principle,an electro hydraulic dynamic model of Brake Pedal Emulator was established.To analyze performance of the proposed Brake Pedal Emulator,the strategy of solenoid current control with Single-Neuron PID regulation was proposed and the numerical example was given.The results show that the pedal force can be precisely modeled and the better pedal feeling can be obtained.
