用流速抛物线分布流动模型:预测偶合器的负荷特性

摘    要:本文提出一种新的偶合器流道轴面流速二次抛物线分布的流动模型,转轴面流速线性分布流动模型更接近于对偶合器流场的实测结果。文中推导出该流动模型的全部计算公式,并对多个变几何参数流道的模型台架试验数据进行回归分析,得出对流动阻力系数的修正值K_c。据此算出流道变参数偶合器的预期负荷特性,与模型试验结果相比,其计算精度有更进一步的提高。

Abstract:A new flow model of palabola velocity distribution for the work-ing circuit of fluid couplng is proposed by this paper. Compared with thelinear velocity distribution flow model, it is closer to the actually measuredresults of fluid flow inner fluid couplings. This paper establishes a wholeset of calculation formulae for this flow model, and in analyses the data fromthe tests with the differential parameter of many working circuits of fluidcouplings by regression, thus obtaining the correct coefficient Kc of theresistance of the fluid flow. Then we can calculate the load performanceprediction of a fluid coupling with differential working circuit parametersin conparson with the results of the tests Thereisr. emarkable enhancementin precise calcultion.
