摘    要:智能变电站是智能电网的关键组成部分,而基于IEC 61850的分布式母线保护研究与应用对于保障变电站的安全可靠运行具有重要意义.分析了IEC 61850的分层控制体系结构,提出了分布式母线保护的实现方案.基于IEC 61850的信息模型结构,研究了分布式母线保护设备的建模过程与方法.针对IEC 61850体系下过程层与间隔层的以太网通信网络,分析研究了分布式保护的采样值传输和通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)传输实现方案.

Abstract:Smart substation is one key part of smart grid. Study on distributed busbar protection (DBBP) based on IEC 61850 and its application are very important for safe and reliable operation of substation.
