摘    要:分布式电源发电商与配电网公司利益共赢是促进能源战略落地的重要保障。文中提出了一种计及配电网停电损失的分布式电源双层规划方法。上层模型以DG发电商收益最大化为目标,基于网损灵敏度方法确定DG候选安装位置,对DG的选址和定容进行优化;下层模型以配电网公司净收益最大化为目标,通过孤岛划分方法动态优化分段开关安装位置,减少配电网停电损失,同时实现无功补偿装置最优配置。采用遗传算法对上述模型进行求解,通过IEEE 33节点算例进行仿真分析,结果表明所述模型和方法可以在促进DG消纳的同时降低配电网停电损失,实现双方的利益共赢。

Abstract:A win-win situation for distributed power generators and distribution network companies is an important guarantee to promote the implementation of energy strategies.This paper proposes a bi-level planning method of distributed power generation that takes into account the power outage loss of the distribution network.Based on the DG candidate installation location determined by the network loss sensitivity method,the upper level model aims at maximizing the revenue of DG generators,and optimizes the location and capacity of DG.The lower level model aims to maximize the net income of the distribution network company.It adopts the island division method to dynamically optimize the installation position of the sectionalized switch,reduce the outage loss of the distribution network,and realize the optimal configuration of the reactive power compensation device.The genetic model is used to solve the above models,and the simulation analysis is performed through an IEEE 33-node example.The results show that the proposed model and method can reduce the power outage loss of the distribution network while promoting DG dissipation,and achieve a win-win situation for both parties.
