摘    要:现阶段光伏电池等新式能源接入配网比例日益增高,单独优化分析独立变电站-能源中心系统(Substation-Energy Center System,SECC)不利于配网运行效率的提高以及光伏能源的消纳.论文建立了包含变电站、光伏电池和燃气轮机等能源供应的多能源中心协同配网运行优化模型.采用模糊C均值聚类处理光伏数据,得到聚合后光伏优化出力,提高了运行效率.文章重点讨论了变电站内温度控制和电动车管理模式对多SECC协同运行效率影响.增加了SECC单独运行模式的仿真,对比多SECC协同运行模式下配网经济运行效率.通过算例验证了所提模型的合理性,并提出了合理的建议.

Abstract:At present, the proportion of new energy access distribution networks such as photovoltaic cells is increasing,Separate optimization and analysis of independent substation-energy center system is not conducive to the improvement of distribution network operation efficiency and the consumption of photovoltaic energy.This paper first establishes a multi-source coordinated distribution network operation optimization model including energy supply for substation, photovoltaic cell and gas turbine.he fuzzy C-means clustering is used to process the photovoltaic data, and the optimized photovoltaic output after polymerization is obtained to improve the operating efficiency.Focus on the impact of temperature control and electric vehicle management mode in multi-SECC collaborative operation efficiency. In order to enhance persuasiveness, the SECC single-run simulation was added to compare the operating efficiency of the distribution network in the two modes. The rationality of the proposed model is verified by an example, and the rationalization suggestions are put forward.
