循环流化床机组床温控制模型研究

摘    要:阐述了循环流化床锅炉的原理和床温控制在循环流化床锅炉控制的重要性,分析了影响床温控制的各种因素及其原因,就影响床温的两个重要参数(给煤量和一次风量)进行了建模研究,并通过对现场得到的数据进行推导,得出了给煤量-床温和一次风量-床温两个数学模型,并对这两个模型进行了验证,证明了其正确性。

Abstract:Above all, the paper introduced the working principle of circulating fluidized bed boiler, and then explained the importance of bed temperature control system. The facts influencing the bed temperature control system are analyzed, and modeling researches were done on coal feeding quantity and primary air flow. On analysing the date of a power plant in Shanxi, the mathematic models of coal feeding- bed temperature and primary air flow-bed temperature were built, and the correctness of the models were confirmed.
