基于ZigBee技术的智能无线调光系统设计

摘    要:针对目前室内传统照明节能效果低、安装和布线成本高等诸多问题,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的LED照明智能无线调光系统.该系统以TI公司ZigBee芯片CC2530为核心,开发了智能调光系统的无线发送模块和接收模块.通过ZigBee网络协调器,向终端节点发送控制信号.终端节点的CC2530控制器根据接收的信号,输出PWM脉宽调制信号,经由TPS62150芯片组成的LED驱动电路,实现对LED灯光亮度有效调节.测试结果表明:该系统无线控制信号传输成功率为100%,能满足日常灯光控制需求.

Abstract:The present traditional interior lighting has many shortages such as high energy consumption,troublesome wiring and high installation cost.A LED dimming system based on ZigBee wireless networking is designed.The hardware system based on CC2530 of Texas Instruments Corporation mainly includes RF transceiver and receiver modules.The control signal of light intensity is transferred to terminal nodes by a coordinator.The terminal nodes based on CC2530 transmit pulse width modulated signal to LED driver circuit based on TPS62150,and the LED dimming system is realized according to this process.The experimental results show that the control signal transmission through the way of wireless networking is reliable,accurate and rapid.The system has attained 100% mission success rates and met the lighting control requirements.
