武里蒂卡金矿膏体充填料输送性能试验研究

摘    要:膏体充填以其高浓度、无脱水、低水泥耗量等优势而广受国内外地下矿山的推崇,但同时也存在膏体输送管道阻力大、管道易堵塞的问题,为给矿山膏体输送系统提供设计依据,开展膏体充填料浆输送性能试验研究就显得十分必要。哥伦比亚武里蒂卡金矿拟采用全尾砂膏体充填,全尾砂膏体充填需求量60 m3/h~100 m3/h。本文通过坍落度试验研究分析充填料浆和易性并初步确定膏体态充填料浆的浓度范围,约为68%~70%。以此为基础,利用流变仪测试充填料浆的屈服剪切应力与黏性系数,计算得出管道单位长度充填料浆流动阻力,并结合矿山膏体输送条件,确定了武里蒂卡金矿的膏体输送参数。研究表明,充填料浆浓度宜选定66%~68%,推荐井下充填管道内径150 mm,相应膏体输送阻力2.69~5.74 kPa/m,采用10 MPa膏体输送泵可将充填料浆水平输送1.7~3.7 km,能够很好地满足矿山充填系统膏体输送的需求。膏体充填料浆输送性能参数及其确定方法可为类似地下矿山充填系统建设提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract:Paste filling is widely used by underground mines for its advantages of high concentration, no dehydration and low cement consumption, nationally and internationally. However, there are also existing some problems such as high pipeline resistance of paste conveying and blockage in pipeline easily. In order to provide the design basis for the mine paste conveying system, it is very necessary to carry out the experiment on the transportation performance of paste filling slurry of full tailings. Buritica gold mine plans to adopt full tailings paste filling, and the filling demand of Buritica gold mine is about 60 m3/h~100m3/h. The workability of filling slurry was analyzed by means of slump bucket test and the concentration range of the paste filling slurry was determined preliminarily, which is about 68%~70%. Based on this, the yield shear stress and viscosity coefficient of the filling slurry were measured by using the hydrodynamic formula. Then the flow resistance of filling slurry per unit length of pipeline is calculated, and the paste transportation parameters of Buritica gold mine are determined combined with the conditions of paste transportation. The results show that the filling concentration of 66%~68% and the inner diameter of the underground filling pipe being 150 mm are well-adapted. The conveying resistance is approximately 2.69~5.74 kPa/m, and the 10 MPa paste conveying pump could transport the filling slurry horizontally for 1.7~3.7 km, which can fully meet the demand for mine paste conveying. The conveying performance parameters of paste filling slurry and its determination method can provide reference for the construction of similar underground mine filling system.
