Abstract:The uniflow double fans isolation chamber is a closed chamber designed for normalized epidemic prevention.During the epidemic and control period in the hospital,patients can be separated from normal people,and according to different locations of the pollution source,the fan speed can be adjusted to maintain a positive or negative pressure in the chamber to achieve protection or isolation.In order to determine whether the design parameters meet the requirements of indoor air safety and human thermal comfort,this paper uses computational fluid dynamics CFD method to simulate the air temperature field,velocity field and the movement trajectory of pathogen particles under the conditions of negative pressure of the small room.The simulation results show that under the design parameters of air supply temperature of 25℃and average wind speed of 0.25m/s,the vertical velocity field and temperature field are relatively uniform in the small room,and the dissatisfaction rate of the human body to the blowing sensation is about 10%and the dissatisfactory rate with the vertical temperature difference is below 1%;under the negative pressure condition of 130m3/h of air supply,5Pa between indoor and outdoor pressure,and 0.018m2 of gap area,pathogen particles in the small room cannot escape outside.
