上颌单颗前牙不翻瓣即刻种植修复的临床效果观察

目的评价即刻种植即刻修复联合不翻瓣技术在上颌单颗前牙位点的临床应用效果,并探讨其技术要点。方法选择上颌单颗中切牙无法保留的患者17例,采用不翻瓣技术,拔除患牙后即刻植入种植体,并即刻行种植体支持临时冠修复,术后2个月复诊调整临时冠外形,术后3个月行最终修复。最终修复后1、3、6、12、24个月复诊。最终修复即刻、12、24个月复诊时检测种植体周围边缘骨吸收量、软组织健康状况及红色美学指数(PES)。结果本研究共植入17枚种植体,随访期内所有种植体周围软组织健康状况良好,24个月复诊时平均边缘骨吸收量为0.59 mm;最终修复即刻、12、24个月复诊时的PES平均分别为8.88、9.12和8.94,3个时间点的红色美学指数差异无统计学意义。结论上颌单颗前牙位点采用即刻种植即刻修复联合不翻瓣技术可以获得良好的短期临床效果。

Clinical evaluation of the outcomes of flapless single-tooth immediate implant placement and provisionalization in the anterior maxillary region

Objective To evaluate the outcomes of flapless single-tooth immediate implant placement and provisionalization in the anterior maxillary region.Methods A total of 17 patients with single hopeless tooth in anterior maxillary region were included in the study.Implants were placed and restrored with provisional crown immediately after teeth extraction using flapless technique.Provisional crown was adjusted after 2 months and final crown was fabricated after 3 months.All the patients were followed up at 1,3,6,12,24 months after final restoration and marginal perimplant bone level,soft tissue condition and pink esthetic score(PES)were evaluated.Results All the implants had good soft tissue condition in the follow-up period.The mean marginal perimplant bone resorption was 0.59mm.Mean PES value at final restoration at 12-month and 24-month recall was 8.88,9.12 and 8.94,respectively.Conclusions The flapless single-tooth immediate implant placement and provisionalization in the anterior maxillary region can achieve good short-term clinical effect.
