长距离水平冻结孔施工技术在广州地铁的应用

摘    要:广州市轨道交通三号线天河客运站折返线及风道位于广州市天河区广汕公路。折返线斜穿广汕公路和沙河立交桥。折返线隧道为五心圆拱双线隧道,长为147.8m,冻结管单管长度达72m。而目前国内外水平冻结孔施工长度仅为62m。水平超长距(〉100m)、大断面(直径〉10m),在国内、外均无此工程先例。文章结合广州地区气候特点和工程地质特点,详尽分析了水平冻结孔施工技术在广州地铁折返线斜穿广汕公路和沙河立交桥的应用可行性。

Abstract:The turning-back lines and air doors of Tianhe Station of No.3 Track in Guangzhou lie by the Guangzhou-shantou Highway.The turning-back lines slantingly cut through the Guangzhou-shantou Highway and Shahe Overpass.The tuening-back tunnel is 5-core arched double-lined one.It's 147.8 metres long.The single frozen-tube is even 72 metres long.The former longest one was only 62 metres in the world.It is unprecedented that the extremely long horizontal distance is more than 100 metres and the section diameter is over 10 meter.Considering the climate and the geological structure of Guangzhou,this article makes an exhaustive analysis of the feasibility of the horizontal frozen-hole construction technology.
