微创环切技术对牙列缺损患者口腔种植后种植体松动度的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨微创环切技术对牙列缺损患者口腔种植后种植体松动度的影响。方法 选取2021年 1月-2022年12月我院收治的102例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察 组,各51例。对照组采用传统翻瓣种植术治疗,观察组采用微创环切技术治疗,比较两组生活质量、 种植体松度、种植体稳定系数、牙槽嵴顶骨吸收量、牙周探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、不良反应发生 率以及疼痛程度。结果 观察组术后生活质量各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组种植体松度 比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组种植体稳定系数高于对照组,牙槽嵴顶骨吸收量低于对 照组(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月PD及SBI均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对 照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1、24 h疼痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对牙列缺损患者,使用 微创环切技术开展口腔种植手术能够获得较为确切的短期疗效,同时可有效改善患者的牙周健康问题,降 低牙槽嵴顶骨吸收量,减轻疼痛程度,提升生活质量,且不良反应较少。


Effect of Minimally Invasive Circumcision on Implant Loosening After Oral Implantation in Patients with Dentition Defect

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive circumcision on implant loosening after oral implantation in patients with dentition defect. Methods A total of 102 patients with dentition defect admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 51 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional flap implantation, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive circumcision. The quality of life, implant loosening, implant stability coefficient, alveolar crest bone resorption, periodontal probing depth, gingival sulcus bleeding index, incidence of adverse reactions and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05 ).
