摘    要:传统水电站视频数据采集以及监控中存在监控硬件适用性不强、监控效率低下、精准度不高、算法分析效率较低、分析精准度低等问题。为了提高水电站远程网络视频监控能力,本设计通过对于算法和采集硬件的改进来解决。在硬件方面,利用嵌入式技术设计出多通道的数字视频采集设备,同时基于MPT监测技术进行监控系统整体的设计,加强了监控系统的监测能力并提高了监测的效率与实时数据传输能力。通过TMS320DM8168作为主控芯片,视频采集应用了TVP5158计算芯片,将现场水电站运行情况通过图像采集的方式获取数据信息,提高了现场视频信息提取能力。在算法方面,基于EMD混合分布算法,将现场采集到的数据信息转换为微观数据的分析方式,提高了故障识别与监控设备调整的能力。通过试验,最大传输速度可达到1.65 GB/s,在最大的数据体量下传递时间只需43 s。

Abstract:In view of the problems existing in the traditional video data acquisition and monitoring of hydropower stations, such as poor applicability of monitoring hardware, low monitoring efficiency, low accuracy, low algorithm analysis efficiency and low analysis accuracy. In order to improve the remote network video monitoring capability of hydropower station, this research solves the problem through the improvement of algorithm and acquisition hardware. In terms of hardware, this research uses embedded technology to design multi-channel digital video acquisition equipment. At the same time, the overall design of the monitoring system based on MPT monitoring technology strengthens the monitoring capability of the monitoring system and improves the monitoring efficiency and real-time data transmission capability. The TMS320DM8168 is used as the main control chip, and the TVP5158 computing chip is used for video acquisition to obtain data information about the operation of the hydropower station through image acquisition, which improves the ability to extract field video information. In the aspect of algorithm, based on the EMD hybrid distribution algorithm, the data information collected on site is transformed into micro data analysis, which improves the ability of fault identification and monitoring equipment adjustment. Through the test, the maximum transmission speed of this study can reach 1.65 GB/s, and the transmission time is only 43 s under the maximum data volume.
