| 摘 要： | 目的 分析针对性护理干预在老年湿疹患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月我 院收治的40例患有湿疹的老年患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组20例。对照组实施常 规护理干预，观察组实施针对性护理干预，比较两组皮损情况、护理效果及生活质量。结果 两组护理 后皮损情况各项评分均低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理后生活质量各项评分 均低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的65.00% （P＜0.05）。结论 针对性护理干预不仅可以改善老年湿疹患者的皮损情况和生活质量，还可以提升护理 效果，值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in elderly patients with eczema. Methods A total of 40 elderly patients with eczema admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group were given routine nursing intervention, and theobservation group were given targeted nursing intervention.
