摘    要:研究了在以蜜胺树赐合成压敏显色微胶囊的过程中,系统调节剂的用量和胶囊化完成后浆液PH值对胶囊性能 的影响。通过SEM、醋酸足色试险号对胶囊的表面光洁性、气密性和包容量进行了研究。实验结果表明,当系统调节剂 EMA用量在1.2%-3.5%范围内时,增加EMA用量,会提高胶囊的气密性,但继续提高EMA用量到5.6%时,胶囊气密 性会有所降低。PH值对胶囊产品的贮存稳定性影响很大,胶囊化完成后,将桨液调节为碱性是十分必要的。

Abstract:The pressure-sensitive color-developing microcapsule used for the manufacturing of varbonless copy paper isconcerned.In the encapsulation process which involves in situ polymerization using melamine resin,the eddects of dosage ofsystem modifier and the pH of system after encapaulation on the microvapsule properties have been investigated .The micro-capsule properties such as morphological surface struture ,air tightness ,core contents have been studied through SEM,aceticacid-color developing testing.etc The results indicated that the dosage of system modifier has significant effects on theproperties of microcapsule Also it is essential to adjust the pH of microcapsule slurry to about 9 after completing the encap-sulation
