基于模糊控制的变频调速给水系统的研究

摘    要:研究了一种新型的应用于单泵站的给水系统。通过对变频给水两种基本方式进行比较,证明了变压变流量给水系统更加节能、高效。确定了系统的模糊控制策略,详述了模糊控制策略的设计思想,结合PLC控制技术和变频调速技术,使变频调速变压给水系统得以实现。通过在单泵站给水的小区中的实际应用,验证了本系统具有更高的可靠性和更强的实时性。

Abstract:A new-style water supply system which apply to the single pumping station is researched in the text. By making a comparison between the two base modes of supplying water with frequency control technology, the variable-pressure and variable frequency water supply system is proved to be energy saving and high efficiency. The design philosophy of fuzzy control strategy is introduced in detail and adopted the programmable logic controller technology and frequency control technology, the system is realized succeedly. Finally, the application in different pumping stations verified that the system is real-time and more reliable, and possesses high deployment value.
