摘    要:提高陶瓷膜孔隙率是高性能陶瓷膜制备的重要研究方面,有序大孔材料具有很高的孔隙率。以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为成孔模板剂,采用抽滤和重力沉积的组装方法制备了对称的大孔ZrO2膜。实验考察了制膜液的合成每件,通过调节模板剂和ZrO2粒子的电性制得了稳定的制膜液。同时用浸浆法在Al2O3多孔支撑体上制备了非对称大孔ZrO2膜。制得的对称大孔ZrO2膜的孔隙率达到了62%。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)照片显示制备出的ZrO2膜孔径均一,孔排列规则,具有很大的孔隙率。

Abstract:The improvement of porosity was very important in the preparation of the ceramic membranes. The ordered macroporous materials had large porosity. Unsupported macroporous ZrO2 membranes were successfully synthesized by vacuum filtration or gravitational deposition as assembly methods using monodispersed PMMA as template. Supported macroporous ZrO2 membranes were also synthesized using dip-coating process. Zeta potential ofPMMA and ZrO2 in aqueous suspensions had effect on the stabilization of the mixed suspensions. The porosity of theunsupported macroporous ZrO2 membranes was 62%. SEM images revealed that the ZrO2 membranes had uniformmacropore structure.
