| 摘 要： | 科技型创业企业集群是一种具有创新活力及成长潜力的集群形式。明确科技型创业企业集群的内涵及特征;从创业企业集群的寿命周期、创业企业集群产生及影响因素、集群中领先型创业企业与跟随型创业企业的扩散与模仿效应、集群与创新、集群政策五个方面对科技型创业企业集群研究成果进行归纳和评价;并在此基础上提出科技型创业企业集群的几个问题,对有效避免一般企业集群创新能力及成长潜力不足、效率低下的问题;推动集群的发展,实现创业研究与集群研究的有效结合;完善创业理论,具有实际价值和理论意义。

| Abstract: | Technology-based entrepreneurial cluster is a special form of firm cluster which has huge innovation energy and growth potential.The paper states the concept and characteristics of technology-based entrepreneurial firm cluster,reviews and appraises the relative research about it from five aspects:the longevity cycle,the factors of cluster formation,the diffusion and imitation between pioneer and follow entrepreneurial enterprises,the innovation and policy.Finally,the paper points out several problems that deserve research deeply.This research has practical and theoretical significance in avoiding the problems of limited growth potential and low efficiency in firm clusters and adding the literatures about the entrepreneurship and cluster research. |
