摘    要:采用水溶液聚合的方法合成了酸化用酸液胶凝剂LY-1,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,LY-1具有良好的酸溶性、稳定性、抗盐性和缓速性。其在酸液中的溶解时间为75min;当胶凝剂在酸液中的质量分数大于1.5%时,胶凝酸黏度大于40.0mPa·s;随着温度升高,胶凝酸黏度降低,但在90℃时仍可达到30.2mPa·s;经过120min的剪切后,胶凝酸黏度仅下降4.0mPa·s;添加胶凝剂的体系持续反应80min后,残酸质量分数仍大于11%。

Abstract:The amphoteric gelling agent LY-1 for acid liquor used in acidification was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization and the performances of the agent were evaluated. The results showed that the agent LY-1 had good acid solubility,temperature stability,shear stability,salt resistant and retarding reaction property.The dissolution time of the agent in acid liquor was 75min.The viscosity of gelling acid was above 40.0mPa·s at the mass fraction of LY-1 in acid liquor of above 1.5%,and the viscosity,although decreased with the increase of temperature,was 30.2mPa·s at 90℃.Shearing for 120min,the viscosity only decreased by 4.0mPa·s.After system containing LY-1 continued to react for 80min,the mass fraction of residual acid was still above 11%.
