心理护理干预对老年尿毒症患者维持性血液透析治疗中的生活质量的影响

f摘要1目的探讨饮食营养护理并同时进行心理护理在维持性血液透析治疗老年尿毒症患者中的作用，提高血液透析治疗的有效性和老年尿毒症患者的生存质量。方法选择2011年1月～2012年12月在本院进行血液透析的老年尿毒症患者38例，在临床实验观察时，依据随机数字表的原则分为观察组和对照组；观察组20例，对照组18例．两组患者一般资料比较无显著差异。对照组患者进行血液透析治疗后予常规护理，观察组患者在对照组患者护理方法的基础上增加饮食营养护理并同时进行心理护理。结果饮食营养护理并同时进行心理护理显著提高了维持性血液透析治疗的有效性和老年尿毒症患者的生存质量。结论在维持性血液透析治疗的基础上开展饮食营养护理并同时进行心理护理，对提高维持性血液透析治疗方法的效果具有重要意义。

Effects of psychological nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients with uremia hemodialysis treatment

Objective To investigate the effects of diet and nutrition care and simultaneously psychological nursing on- hemodialysis treatment of elderly patients with uremia.Also to improve the effectiveness of hemodialysis treatment and the quality of life of elderly patients with uremia. Methods Randomly selected 38 cases for hemodialysis in elderly patients with uremia from January 20ll to December 2012 in our hospital. On the basis of the agreement with fami- lies, all cases were randomly divided into a control group （18 cases） and an observation group （20 cases）. There were no siginificant differences in general information of these two groups. The control group was only treated with diet and nutrition care. While the observation group was treated with nutrition care simultaneously with psychological Musing based on the hemodialysis treatment. Results Diet and nutrition care and simultaneously psychological care signifi- cantly improved hemodialysis treatment effectiveness and quality of life of elderly patients with uremia. Conclusion It is important to improve the effectiveness of hemodialysis treatment on the basis of nutrition care and simultaneously psychological care.
