慢性前列腺炎患者治疗前后血清CRP、免疫球蛋白测定的临床意义

目的:探讨了慢性前列腺炎患者治疗前后血清CRP和免疫球蛋白水平的变化及意义.方法:应用散射比浊法对32例慢性前列腺炎患者进行了治疗前后CRP和免疫球蛋白水平检测,并与30名正常健康人作比较.结果:在治疗前血清CRP、IgG、IgM水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P＜0.01),经治疗后4周与正常人比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论: 检测慢性前列腺炎患者血清CRP和免疫球蛋白水平的变化,可作为病情及预后评价的重要指标.

Clinical Significance of Measurement of Serum CRP, IgG, IgA, IgM Levels After Treatment in Patients with Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To explore the significance of changes of serum CRP, IgG, IgA, IgM levels after treatment in patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods Serum CRP, IgG, IgA, IgM levels were determined with immuno-turbidity test in 32patients with chronic prostatitis both before and after treatment as well as in 30 controls. Results Before treatment, the serum CRP, IgG, IgM levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.01). After treatment for four weeks, the levels in patients were not much different from those in controls (P>0.05). Conclusion Serum CRP, IgG, IgA, IgM content were closely associated with severity of chronic prostatitis and might be of prognostic significance.
