| 摘 要： | 乳化液泵站是综采工作面支护设备的液压动力源。为保证乳化液泵站的连续、稳定、可靠的工作,设计了以S7-200PLC为核心的监控系统。该系统具有在线监测、远程通讯、智能控制、数据存储和故障报警等功能,减少了乳化液泵站故障停机时间,提高了井下采煤的工作效率。

| Abstract: | Emulsion pump station is hydraulic power source of fully-mechanized face support equipment.To ensure emulsion pump station continous,steady and reliable work,this paper introduces one kind of condition monitoring system center of which is S7-200PLC.This system has characteristics of on-line monitoring,remote communication,intelligent control,data storage,fault alarm,it reduces fault shutdown time and improves mining efficiency. |
