废铁质混凝土的抗压性能试验研究

摘    要:随着建筑行业的快速发展,混凝土成为一种用量最大,用途最广的土木工程材料,同时对混凝土也提出了更高的品质和经济指标的要求。本文综合绿色、环保、节能、循环发展,充分利用临近或周边大量废铁品等掺入混凝土中,研究不同废弃铁质掺量对混凝土抗压强度的影响,利用单因素方差分析试验方法,制定试验方案,测定混凝土28d抗压强度,结果表明:废弃铁质掺量在0~1.6%时,掺量越多,混凝土抗压强度越大,最大试验承载力有较大提高。

Experimental research on compressive properties of scrap iron concrete
Abstract:With the rapid development of the construction industry,the concrete becomes one kind of dosages maxima,the broadest one kind of civil engineering material of use,the request having also brought forward higher quality and economic target to the concrete at the same time.In this paper, green,environmental protection,energy conservation,development cycle have been combined,and we make full use of scrap iron near or surrounding,and put them into our concrete products,to study the effect of different iron quantity of the compressive strength of concrete,using single factor analysis of variance test method,formulate programs to measure the compressive strength of 28d' s concrete. The results showed that:when we control the scrap iron between 0% and 1.6%,the more we have the iron, the greater the compressive strength of concrete,and the maximum test bearing capacity has improved greatly.
