滑坡灾害易损性定量评估模型应用与比较

摘    要:针对前期研究中提出的两种滑坡灾害受灾体易损性定量评估模型,以一个实际滑坡灾害为工程背景,描述了这两种易损性定量评估模型的实际应用步骤。结合实例,从概念、基本假设、适用情况等方面,对两种模型的异同进行比较和分析得出,两种模型均定量地反映了典型受灾体在滑坡作用下的脆弱性;其中一种模型从冲击过程量能转化的角度反映了受灾体具体的毁损程度,适用于需要精确计算破坏程度的情况;另一种模型则从概率的角度反映了受灾体破坏的可能性,适用于需要考虑滑坡致灾过程中不确定性影响,且只需考虑受灾体是否破坏的情况。从而为易损性评估模型的选取和应用提供了理论依据和参考实例。

Abstract:The practical steps of two models for quantitative assessment of landslide vulnerability proposed in previous study are described in detail on the background of an actual landslide. Their differences and similarities are compared and analyzed from the conception, basic assumptions and applicability. The result shows that: both of two models reflect the fragility of element at landslide risk; one reflects the degree of specific damage from the energy conversion in impact process which is applicable for accurate calculation of the damage; the other reflects the element at landslide risk damage or not from probability which is applicable for consideration of uncertainty factors in the landslide. The study provided theoretical basis and reference examples for the selection and application of vulnerability quantitative assessment models.
