2007-2011年皖南医学院弋矶山医院治疗药物监测结果分析

目的：总结我院5年来治疗药物监测工作基本情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对2007--2011年我院4385例次治疗药物监测结果及患者基本情况进行回顾性分析。结果：治疗药物监测例次及申请科室逐年增加；儿童及老年患者为实施治疗药物监测的主要人群；通过治疗药物监测可以提高患者用药依从性，为临床进行用药剂量及方案的调整提供参考依据。结论：治疗药物监测已经成为医院药学服务的重要组成部分，在促进医院合理用药中发挥了重要作用。

Analysis of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Results in Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College During 2007-2011

OBJECTIVE：To summarize the therapeutic drug monitoring in our hospital in recent five years so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS ： The therapeutic drug monitoring results of 4 385 cases in our hospital during 2007-2011 and general data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： The number of monitoring cases and the number of departments applying for therapeutic drug monitoring increased year by year. Children and senile patients were the major population receiving therapeutic drug monitoring; therapeutic drug monitoring was associated with improvement in patients＇ compliance and it serves as references in adjusting dosage schedule. CONCLUSION： Therapeutic drug monitoring has become one of the most important parts in pharmaceutical Care and it plays a significant role in promoting hospital rational Use of drugs.
