| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨布地奈德雾化吸入对儿童哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法：收集本院2009年3月～2011年3月68例哮喘患儿,随机分成两组,对照组30例,在常规抗感染治疗基础上加用受体激动剂（沙丁胺醇）雾化吸入。观察组38例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用布地奈德雾化吸入;对比两组总有效率。结果：治疗组治疗后1h后各症状体征改善分数明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,住院时间明显缩短（P〈0.05）。结论：对于哮喘急性发作的患儿,治疗时雾化吸入支气管扩张剂的同时配合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,能够明显改善临床症状,建议进一步推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effect of budesonide inhalation on children with asthma.Methods：Collected 68 children with asthmawere from March 2009 to March 2011 and divided into control group and treatment group.Control group were 30 cases,given conventional treatment and treated with agonists;On the basis of the control group,the treatment group were 38 cases,treated with budesonide inhalation accordin.Compared the two group total effectiveness.Results：After an hour the the signs and symptoms,scores of the treatment group were improved significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）,hospitalization time shortened significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is valuable about budesonide inhalation in childrenwith asthma,the advantage of definite effect,and rapid recovery.Suggest further promotion in clinical. |
