摘    要:降低原水中的磷含量可以限制管网中的细菌再生长,从而提高给水的生物稳定性,通过对6种常用混凝剂除磷效果的比较和分析,得出聚硫酸铁(PFS)的除磷能力最强.正交试验和极差分析表明,影响聚硫酸铁除磷效果的主要因素及排序为加药量→慢转速→快转速→pH,最佳运行条件为加药量25 mg/L,慢转速80 r/min,快转速700 r/min,pH为7.验证试验表明,在此运行条件下,磷去除率可达82.2%.

Abstract:Low level of phosphorus may control bacteria re-growth in drinking water system and ensure biological stability of drinking water. Through coagulation experiments, the effect of phosphorus removal was checked. The results indicate that PFS (Poly-Fe) is the most powerful co agulant in phosphorus removal. And the best working condition of PFS was given forward after the experiments which is 25 mg/L dosage of PFS, 700 r/min following with 80 r/min in rotating period and keep pH 7 in the whole coagulating process. As a result, the percentage of phosphorus removal can reach 82. 2% with PFS as a coagulant in coagulating process.
