摘    要:放置式在探头检测工件时,可把工件看成半无限大平面,利用涡流环理论推导出特征频率的计算公式,这对工作频率的选择有着重要意义。

Abstract:The specimen was considered as a semi infinite flat surface when tested by a point probe. The calculation equation of the characteristic frequency was derived by the theory of eddy current ring, which is of great significance in the determination of the working frequency.
