中医综合疗法联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

目的:观察中医综合疗法联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效。方法:80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者按照随机数表法随机分成观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予依帕司他,每日3次,每次50 mg,口服。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予针刺结合自拟活血化瘀通络汤。治疗12周后比较两组患者临床疗效、症状改善程度、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平。结果:治疗后观察组有效率为82.5%,对照组有效率为67.5%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组麻木、疼痛、感觉异常等改善率均高于对照组(P0.05);治疗后观察组SOD显著高于对照组(P0.05);两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均显著低于治疗前(P0.05),两组治疗后无显著差异(P0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy by TCM Therapy Combined with Epalrestat

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM therapy combined with epalrestat in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients.Methods:80 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given epalrestat,3 times daily,50mg each time,oral.The observation group was treated with self-made Huoxue Huayu Tongluo Tang based on the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,SOD,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of observation group was 82.5 ％,the control group was 67.5％,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The improvement rate of numbness,pain and paresthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,SOD of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:TCM therapy combined with epalrestat treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has significant curative effect.
