辛温解表法治疗脏腑寒痛机制探讨

脏腑寒痛因寒邪由外入里,客于脏腑所致,疾病初期可有外感症状,然病程日久,风寒邪气渐次入里,表证已不显现,临床表现以里证为主。历代医家对于脏腑寒痛的认识多囿于里寒证,治疗采用正治之"温法"直温其里,往往忽视寒邪的来路。辛温解表法通过温通经脉,开泄腠理,将寒邪驱出体外,寒邪得除,可迅速达到止痛的目的,因此治疗脏腑寒痛,辛温解表法不可偏废。

Mechanism Exploration of Xinwen Jiebiao Method in Treatment of Cold Feeling and Pain in Zang-fu Organs

Patient's cold feeling and pain in Zang-fu organs is caused by the invasion of outside coldness to the Zang-fu organs.In the early stage there are always are some exogenous symptoms,while in the late stage there are mainly the innate symptoms in stead.However,many doctors used to treat the disease based on the inner-coldness syndrome by warming patient's Qang·Qi yet neglected the invasion of outside coldness.In fact,Xinwen Jiebiao method should be used at the same time in treatment of the disease to dispel the coldness out of the human body,thus the pain can be stopped more effectively.
