油田用Fe(VI)杀菌技术研究

Fe（VI）杀菌剂是一种氧化型杀菌剂，对各种细菌具有广泛的杀灭作用。首先该杀菌剂是室内合成；然后取K2FeO4固体粉末加2~6 mol/L KOH水溶液，配制成0.1~1%碱性溶液，即为杀菌剂工作液；最后采用绝迹稀释法，测定加杀菌剂前后水样中硫酸盐还原菌、腐生菌和铁细菌的含量，计算杀菌率，评价杀菌效果。

Study on the technology of Fe(VI) Bactericides Used in Oilfield

The Fe(VI) bactericide is a type of oxidizing bactericide. It can eliminate various kind of bacterium widely. It is the first indoor synthetic bactericide;Then preparing 0.1~1% alkaline solution, which is working fluid of bactericides prepared by taking potassium ferrate solid powder plus 2~6 mol/L Potassium hydroxide solution; Finally the content of SRB,TGB,FB in the oilfeild water sample is determined to adopt the dilution method ,calculating bactericidal coefficient and the evaluation on its sterilizing effect has been carried on.
