| 摘 要： | 十一届三中全会后，我们党重新开启社会主义民主建设的进程，并成功地探索到了一条中国特色社会主义民主建设的道路。30年的民主建设积累了丰富的建设经验：始终坚持中国共产党的领导民主不动摇；坚持走中国特色民主的道路，不照搬西方民主模式；坚持扩大公民有序参与的民主；走渐进式民主发展道路；坚持走制度化、法治化的民主之路。今后需要着力加强党内民主、代议民主、选举民主、决策民主、监督民主、协商民主建设，以进一步完善中国特色社会主义民主。

| Abstract: | The paper reviews the construction of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics in 30 years of reform and opening. And summarize its experiences ： 1 ） always persists in the leading of the Party. 2） persists in the way of the democracy with Chinese characteristics, never imitates the western model indiscriminately. 3 ） persists in expanding the democracy which citizens can participate orderly. 4） persists in the way of gradual development of democracy. 5 ） persists in the democratic way of institutionalization and legalization. |
