| 摘 要： | 利用微波辐射技术分离木素,研究了不同实验条件下,微波辐射对木素分离效果的影响,得到最佳的工艺条件是:微波辐射功率550W,辐射时间75min,固液比1∶12,NaOH浓度16%,黑液中木素的吸光度能稳定达到1.25左右。

| Abstract: | This study systemically investigates the effect of operation conditions on the lignin separation using microwave field. The optimum controlling parameters are summarized as follows: MV power is 550 W, the time of microwave radiationis 75 min, S/L=1∶12 (weight ratio), NaOH concentration is 16% (mass). Under the optimum conditions, the steady vale of absorbencyof the lignin is about 1.25 in the black liquid. |
