基于ARM的煤矿井下电缆隧道超温预警系统的研究

摘    要:针对煤矿井下电缆隧道中电缆因长期运行或故障时温度上升的安全隐患,利用32位ARM芯片LPC2292作为核心控制器,采用数字温度传感器进行温度检测,外扩显示、通讯模块设计出煤矿井下电缆隧道超温预警系统。介绍了系统的硬件技术方案,软件的编写上以源码开放的μ/COS-Ⅱ实时操作系统作为软件平台,划分了具体的任务等级。通过该系统的实施,能够有效地保证煤矿的安全生产。

Abstract:Considering the temperature rise of the underground coal mines fable tunnel as fable long running or faults,the over-temperature warning system based on ARM is designed.32-bit ARM LPC2292 used as core controller,digital temperature sensors for detecting temperature,display and communications module are used in the system.Software based on open-source μ/COS-II real-time operating system software is assigned to a specific task rank and hardware solution is detailed.The safety of coal production is effectively guaranteed through the implementation of the system.
