论当代中国族际政治和谐治理模式

有效地实行族际政治和谐治理,是多民族国家全面协调各民族之间关系,维系和巩固民族国家安全的必然选择。中国族际政治和谐治理的构成及特点;当代中国族际政治和谐治理模式构建应该从四个方面着手:一是培育共同文化精神,形成国族观念和国族认同;二是调整民族政策价值取向,构建国家主义取向的民族政策体系;三是构建民族区域自治约束机制,平衡民族自治地方的权利和义务;四是民族区域自治走向民族共治是中国族际和谐治理的必然选择。重新构建一套相对健全、稳固的当代中国族际政治和谐治理的新模式。

Harmonious Manipulation of Inter-ethnic Politics in Contemporary China

An effective harmonious manipulation of inter-ethnic politics is the inevitable choice for a multi-ethnic country to negotiate the inter-ethnic relations and to maintain and consolidate the country's security.In contemporary China,it is suggested that the construction of a proper mode of harmonious manipulation of inter-ethnic politics cover four aspects:cultivation of common cultural spirit so as to establish the national idea and identification;establishment of the nationalism-oriented system of ethnic policy;establishment of an autonomous regulatory system so as to balance the rights and duties in autonomous ethnic regions;the transition from autonomy of ethnic regions to general administration,an inevitable choice for harmonious manipulation of inter-ethnic politics in China.
