摘    要:用脑内透析法结合高效液相——电化学检测技术的研究发现人参茎叶皂式和单体皂甙Rg_1、Rh_1可显著降低清醒自由活动大鼠脑纹状体细胞外液中DOPAC和HVA的含量,而对5-HIAA却无显著影响。Rg_2和Re对DOPAC、HVA和5-HIAA则均无显著影响。

Abstract:An in vivo dialysis technique for determination of endogenous neurotransmitters and their metabolites was studied.Extracellular dopamine (DA) , 3, 4 -dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC)and homovanillic acid(HVA), as well as serotonin's metabolite 5-hydroxy-indole-3-acetic acid (5-HIAA), in striatum of the freely moving rat were measured directly by HPLC coupled with electrochemical detection. There was a marked decrease of DOPAC and HVA after GSLS (200mg/kg ip) ,Rg1 (20mg/kg ip) and Rh1 (20mg/kg ip) treatment.No effect of the three drugs on 5 -HIAA was showed. No effect of Re(20 mg/kg ip) and Rg2 (20mg/kg ip)on DOPAC, HVA and 5-HIAA was showed either.
