白色念珠菌胃癌株的毒力与蛋白酶的关系

摘    要:目的 研究白色念珠菌胃癌株蛋白酶活性与其毒力的关系。方法 用牛乳琼脂平板筛选产酶株并测定其活力,用产酶株菌悬液尾静脉注射感染小鼠,以其平均存活时间(d)评价菌株毒力。结果 来自胃癌患者的白色念球菌100%产生蛋白酶,以癌组织中的菌株酶活力最强,均对小鼠有毒力,可在2-8d致参试小鼠100%死亡。结论 白色念球菌胃癌株均分泌蛋白酶,作为白色念球菌的重要致病因素之一,蛋白酶活力可作为判断其毒力的直接指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between proteinase activity and virulence of gastric carcinoma strain of candida albicans in mice.Methods Proteinase secretion of the 21?C.albicans strains was detected on milk agar plated.Their proteolylic activity was determined by the incubation on vibrator.The virulence was appreciated as the mean subsist time of mice.Results All strains of gastric carcinoma patients secreted proteinase indicating that the detection rate was 100%,experience showed that proteinase activity and virulence was higher in mice than that strains from the mouth of normal man.There was a directly positive correlation between proteinase activity and virulence.Conclusion Strains of C.albicans of gastric carcinoma patients secreted proteinase.These results indicated that extracelluar proteinase was a pathogenicfactor for C.albicans.Proteinase activity can be used as the direct parameter for virulence of C.albicans.
