汽轮机组轴颈碰摩故障分析与研究

摘    要:结合某电站350MW机组运行中发生轴颈碰摩故障过程以及碰摩故障机理与原因,利用故障振动数据及轴承运行参数对轴颈碰摩故障发生过程进行了分析。机组发生轴颈碰摩故障时,振幅明显升高并导致轴瓦温度升高以及润滑油压降低。由于润滑油压低导致油膜形成能力差使得轴瓦与轴颈发生碰摩故障。

Abstract:The fault process of rub-impact between bearing bush and shaft neck in a 350MW generating unit of a power plant is presented,and the mechanism and the reasons of rub-impact are introduced.With the data of fault vibration and parameters of bearing in running,the fault process of rub-impact between bearing bush and shaft neck is analyzed.When the rub-impact between bearing bush and shaft neck occurred,the amplitude of vibration raised obviously,the temperature of bearing bush increased and the pressure of lub...
