| 摘 要： | 阐述沙钢烧结增产改造思路,并指出面临的主要问题是对外排烟气的处理。应用烟气循环技术,既可提高烧结系统设备利用率,增加烧结矿产量,又不会给环保设施增加负担。介绍沙钢烧结烟气循环工艺具体内容,并沙钢3号烧结机为例对烟气循环技术的应用情况进行分析,为国内烧结系统改造提供了崭新的思路。

The Application of Flue Gas Recirculation Technology in Capacity Increasing Revamp of Shagang Sintering System |

| Abstract: | The paper describes the thinking of capacity increasing revamp of Shagang sintering,and points outthat the main problem is the treatment of the discharged flue gas. Using flue gas recirculation technology,it can improve the rate of equipment utilization of sintering system,increase the output of sinter,and it will not increase the burden of environmental protection facility. The paper also introduces the detailed content of Shagang sintering flue gas recirculation process,and analyzes the application of fule gas recirculation situation taking Shagang No.3 sintering machine as an example. It provides a new thinking for domestic sintering system improvement. |
